The company has developed the first tire self-sealing material based on controllable phase change technology in China. The material has the characteristics of changing from "hard" to "soft" in the vulcanization process. After vulcanization, the material changes into viscoelastic rubber layer inside the tire, which can quickly seal the wound and maintain the pressure stability in the tire, and realize the sealing and pressure preservation effect.
After three R&D iterations, the product has formed a complete set of technical parameters and process system from product production and packaging to tire loading application. The related core patents have passed the technical discovery certificate of Sichuan University Library, and the product customization service can be quickly completed according to customer needs.
Pilot production of this series of products has been completed in Sichuan Meishan Tianfu New Area New Material Industrial Park. The third party testing technology demonstration has been completed in cooperation with Shandong Yanzhou China Pirelli Tires and Sichuan Yuanxing Rubber Co., LTD., and the road test and braking test on dry/wet and low temperature road surface have been carried out in Pirelli P7C2 tires. Excellent air tightness and operation effect are obtained in the stitching and pulling state, and the actual use is safe and reliable.
